Default Strut Bar

Here is a good web site to get Strut bars or brackets

http://drcustomparts.com/HomePage.htm

I talked with a guy who has the new Impala and he told me he added the front strut bar and a rear strut bar and said it was a good improvement.

Is it easy to add a strut bar to the rear?

You have to crawl into the trunk (sorta) to get at the rear. Otherwise the strut towers look the same.

There are a few braces around that will fit the montes. IIRC, ZZP used to sell these alum brackets but then started making solid one-piece steel braces. They end up being about the same price when you include the cost of the brace and the brackets.

If you look down at the bottom of the page, there should be links to a bunch of different threads discussing STB's. A search will yeild good results too.
