Default Slotted and Drilled Rotors

Recently I ordered a pair of Power Stop Drilled and Slotted Rotors and Z16 Ceramic pads to replace my stock rotors that were warped up front. So I just put them on today and they work great! Here are a couple pictures of my old rotors and my new ones.

Looks great! Are you going to paint the calipers?

Thank you! Yes I am going to paint them eventually. Kind of tight with money right now and this was just a quick job so yeah. But I will paint them blue and red I think!

i always wondered once you changed to slotted and drilled rotors wont you feel the difference? like wont you feel when the pads rub against the slots and drilled holes?

The surface area of the brake pad is too big for them to notice the slots. The pad doesn't ride on the surface and then "fall" into the slots or holes. It covers a large enough area to avoid this. You will however wear through your pads faster because the slots and holes will eat at the pads more than a blank rotor.
