Sanity check - 235/50R18 NO FIT on 6th gen ?
Hi all - I have a new to me 2002 Monte SS.
The 16" wheels are fair and tires need replaced.
I want to go with 18" wheels. Found some 18" Impala SS '09 wheels that will look real nice.
The wheels have newer Michelins 235/50R18 which is stock size for '09 Impala SS.
So the sanity check from what I have been reading on the forum..... These 235/50R18 tires will rub in the rear ? I would have to replace the tires with 245/45R18 ?? If so, my deal won't be a great deal by the time I buy the wheels and replace the tires....
