well this is a trcky question.

but the answer is kind of easy and smart AZZed at the same time.
but here we go.

the best wheels to go under a 04 SS Are the ones that look best to you!.
nobody here can say that this looks "the best" you have to live with your choice.

But i personally like the chrome look under cars some look good with black but honestly most dont see to wear it right.
