sounds great, how much skill do you have? I have absolutely zero skill!!!

here is a pretty cool thread posted on here before about painting wheels, I've checked it out and it seems very well written, check it out and see if it could help with your wheel painting project. goodluck, let the forum know if you need more info and also post some pics if you do paint your wheels, thanks

ummm, im not the most skilled at painting. all ive painted was my street trim, id definatly ask around on how to go about painting it but i can say put a few coats of clear coat after. but wow with midnight blue and pearl black and chrome trim... thats gonna look fkn great man!! giving another opinion here but think about a real thin line of white at the bottom of the street trim, that would go sooo good with the chrome trim on the wheels, but thats my opinion not trying to turn your car into my preferance.

they will look like **** unless you sandblast, prime and paint with a actual paint gun and clear coat. otherwise, they will chip, flake, and look blochy. if you have the 18" ss style rims it would look grat i a color match to the car, just like the ol' beretta GTZ's use to look.

or something slightly different

Might look good, just make sure you prep them real good so they're nice and smooth when you're done.

Yeah i planned on sanding them and painting with a paint gun. My next question is, what type of paint do i use? I see the rim paint i originally talked about is only available in a spray can. I want to use an air paint sprayer.

Might want to hit up your local automotive paint shop and see how much some paint would cost you from them.

How did the paint job turn out?

I am also thinking of painting my rims black. I have the 20-spoke cluster rim, and I am thinking of doing the center and spokes black, while leaving the chrome rim on the outside.

Anyone ever try painting rims? it'd be my first time doing it.
