Default Moog control arms?

I noticed that Moog does not list control arms for Monte Carlos at all. They have full control arms for Grand Prixs though. I am wondering if anyone has Moog control arms on their Monte Carlo? GPs and MCs should have the same size and style control arms, shouldn't they?

I would suspect since the Monte and the Grand Prix are W-body cars, they would fit.

I checked the Murray's/Or'reily's web site, as they have a "compatibility" tab to show other cars that use the same parts. If I look up the DorMan control arm for my '04 Monte Carlo, it claims it fits an '06+ Grand Prix. If I look at the cheaper MasterPro brand, it fits a '97+ Grand Prix.

My guess goes to my original statement, odds are they fit, as the Grand Prix and the Monte are sharing the W-Body platform.

That's what I was thinking. Weird that they make that kind of an error though because even Rockauto doesn't show them.

If I was to guess the error is from Moog. More then likely, they tell the car parts stores what cars the part fits. Hence why all the stores have that error.

I needed a control arm a couple years ago for my '94 Grand Am. At the time, RockAuto did not list one, yet they had it for a '95 Grand Am. It's the same body, same suspension, same drive train. Other then MINOR changes, it's the same car. I ended up with a control arm from a '95 at a salvage yard that was less then 6 months old (no rust on it at all, new bushings).

It happens.
