Arrow Merry Christmas to my son ?

As you know, we bought our son a '95 Monte L/S.

I noticed a small gash in the left front tire, and some "weather-checking" on his tires.

The car has Good-Year Assurance tires on it.

SO, yesterday, I bought him a set of COOPER Touring CS4's, that will be put on Monday afternoon.

We used the same tire on our Mustang, and have put them on our other son's Escort.

Will see if he likes that gift.

Thanx, for the reply. I "try" to help my kids every chance I get !! I couldn't stand it if anything happened to either one of them !!!

Anyone else ever run these tires ?? They have a 80,000 mile warranty, and my shop rotates them for free every 5,000 miles.
EVERYTHING in my driveway has COOPER tires except for the new John Deere we bought !!

I've never had Cooper Tires, but check back to see what our member's post about them. Good Luck
p.s. It's a good thing you did not adopt me, because I think I could burn the rubber off of them in

Cooper is a good brand of tire. I'm sure you're son will be ecstatic with 4 matching NEW tires.
I've had good luck with Kelly Charger tires. They do great as an all season tire in northern Ohio winters. Sadly, my daily driver does NOT have them on anymore (the shop I use did not have them when I needed them). I have some other off brand that they claimed was "as good" and they are "OK" but NOT as good.

A good tire goes a long way and sometimes a great tire does not have to be expensive.

Put a red bow on each wheel!!

I've never had ANY luck with Good-for-a-Year tires. I use to run Kelly's, however they are the second line of Good-Year. The COOPERS are great, IMO. AND, I get free rotation every 5,000 miles from my dealer.
