Low speed wobble since lowering...
Since I lowered the Monte Carlo (2006 LS) I have a wobble in the front as if the lug nuts are loose or the wheels are bent or severly out of balance. This occurs from leaving a dead stop lightly accelerating up to about 15-20mph. I did some seaching and discovered many use a shortened dog bone to eliminate vibrations at higher speeds like 55-60mph. So far mine doesn't seem to have this trouble at high speed just at very low speed. Any ideas?

I don't know much about lowering the Monte, but I would think you would require a front end alignment after doing that. If you didn't, I'd have the alignment checked.
Also, you may want to check the wheel bearings for possible problem.

I never had it aligned after the lowering. It's only under acceleration that the vibrations happen. And its pretty pronounced at full throttle. I would describe it as a wobble at low speed but a vibration at high speeds. I think I'll just put it back to stock.

If you lowered your ride by more than .05 inches you'll need to align it. Eibach spring even sell a kit that allows you to do just that after installing springs. I'm not sure who else sells those kits. But to be safe I'd just take the car to get an alignment.

anytime working with suspension you should align it so even if you put it back to stock you should probably get it aligned, so your best bet would just be getting it aligned as it is, lowered.
