lot's of road noise
I have a 02 monte carlo s/s we got it used, we knew it had been in a wreck, looked like just sheetmetel damage, sense we have had it, it seams to get louder and louder, sounds like it is road noise from the tires, however we switched rear to the front and it made a small diffrence but the noise is still there, I'v noticed it seams to go away when makeing a right turn, it's NOT a clicking noise, it dosn't do it at low speads ie 0 to 25 or 30, but any faster then that and wow it drives us crazy, also noticed that it seams to have a rough feel to it, like running your hand over a wash board if that makes any sense, please help!

Probably wheel bearings, those are built into the wheel hub assembly.
Jack the car up, and try to move the tires from left to right and top to bottom with your hands and see if there is any play. When wheel bearings go bad, the tires sound like they are howling.
