Goodyears are horrible - My Eagle GTs didn't even last 30,000 miles - I got a great deal on Falken's.

Yokohomas are terrible I looked at a pair for my truck untila budy of mine told me they didnt even last 30k, apparently they're made from pretty soft rubber.

Well the yokohamas I have had all lasted a very long time and they came with a 30k mile warranty. So if they go bad befor that you get free new tires with 30k warranty. Only had one go bad befor warranty and it was replaced for free didnt even have to pay for the labor. Yea if you are doing burn outs they dont last long but isn't soft rubber better for a daily driver? better grip. I didn't need new tires on monte when I bought it but I will be buying yokohamas when these go bad.

Get high Temp, High treadwear, high traction tires. Find which ones have the best price for all 3 things.

I did that last year and wound up with a set of Dunlop tires. They are on my 18s, have been pretty good to me all last year, and I just got them back on the car again. It's nice to have that grip back

I hate my RS-A's on my MSRT. F1's are no better. Firestone Firehawk GT's or Wide Ovals are good.

Michelin Symmetry's have done me good. There should be enough of a letter for you to make them yellow too.

I've tried many brands...Michelin are my favorite. Longest tread life, quiet, smooth, and handle awesome...I have the Michelin Hydroedge on my Monte now, and love them. They are usually one of the most expensive, but considering how long they last, well worth the extra money up front.

RSA suck yes... Amy I disagree with your blanket statemen

any brand is going to have better/worse tires. I didn't have the GT's for that long so they appeared to still have good tread life left, and i didn't drive that much. But while I have heard that they wear quickly, I appreciated the amount of traction that I got.

A local tire shop likes to tell customers that Goodyear's have a softer ride, but don't last as long. Because they have more rubber in the tire. Therefore they wear faster.

My last two cars came from the factory with RSA's. I hate `em. Horrible traction.
