It seems doubtful, but if lowering your car cheap is what you want, I would buy those. You can't knock the price. And it wouls be less permemant or "terminal" then chopping your springs. Which I have done before on my old 87 LeSabre. You just take off the strut, unload the coil, and cut a couple of rings off. Make sure the cut ends where it seated before. This isn't a great idea because you won't know the ride heaight until you put it back together, and then you can't do anything about it. Alignment will likely be out, but everything seemed fine with the LeSabre when I did it

civics bounce because they weigh 2400lbs wet, and have a very small wheel base, a montecarlo weighing over 1000lbs more, and a wheel base of what, 30" or more? would ride different than a civic, but thats not to say these springs will work at all. if you want to chop your springs, there is a way to measure how much to cut off to how much of a drop. only problem is when you hit a bump, you springs are still softer than a lowered spring and you will bottom out. lowered springs have a different spring rate for more weight, so they can take that same bump, but now allow the car to bottom out.

zzp is suppous to be making a adjustable kit for the w body,,,,

I wouldnt trust those at all. It says they are for the 00-04?? IDK it seems like, and I think this was mentioned above, sketchy as hell. If they cant even get the years correct, I wouldnt trust them. But then again, see what their feedbakc is like, it might be good and you might have found one hell of a steal. I for sure wanna know how this all turns out, cause Im looking into this same project soon. But Im wanting to find a full bolt on kit.

OMT, the whole honda bounce theory above is 100% correct, the weight issuse come into play when lowering a car.
