Default front drop

I have an '83 MC & I am wondering if the front springs could be replaced w/ 3" drop springs from an s10. They look practically the same. Any info. would help, even a link to a site w/ drop springs. thanks

Yes. As long as the lower Ball Joint pivot doesn't go above the LCA mounts. If it does then u get some goofy steering/suspension geometry going on. What is the spring rate u r looking at? U should be alright.
