Default Factory 17" 5-spoke Wheels

Hello,
I am hoping someone who has an Earnhardt edition MC or any of the models which featuring the 17" 5 spoke wheels, could so kindly measure the diameter of the center cap for me?

I just bought a set of American Racing Maverick wheels for my '00 SS and I am really not too fond of the center caps. Hoping to come up with an alternate and I really like the red bowtie caps on the Earnhardt cars.

Any pics of the center cap out of the wheel (for mounting compatability purposes) would also be helpful.

Thanks from a newbie!!!!

I'll head outside and measure the center cap for you.

It's just pressure fit.

I like your choice of wheels. The American Racing Maverick's are a nice wheel.

I measured 2 and 5/8 inches diameter. In the picture attached, it's only the black insert with the red bowtie. None of the aluminum you see around the edge is part of the cap.

Hope this helps.

Hey Taz,

Thanks so much for helping me out. I actually went with the chrome Mavericks and the measurement on your center caps is a huge help to what I have in mind.

Cheers
