ORIGINAL: montes my python

a little late but I just put the Eibach pro kit and KYB AGX struts in my 04, sit great and rides nice
a little stiff but not pounding like those rice rockets, handles much better, the rear actually follows the front of the car now
Yes I am in the process of doing the exact same thing to my 02 SS. My question is with the AGX springs does it take it back to almost factory ride comfort?

The ride is slightly stiffer with the shocks set at #1 position (stock) and progressively stiffer as
you dial them up (1-4) but the ride is never harsh or uncomfortable, unless the road is in very
poor condition

Hey that looks great. So in comparision to what im riding on now (factory w/ 120k) how would you say the comfort level has changed? A little more stiff, just noticeable dramatic etc?

If you have the factory struts w. 120K on them I would say noticeably stiffer but not
any way near uncomfortable, still rides real nice but handles MUCH better

Thank's very much,
I'm hoping it will settle a little more over the next couple of months but so far I'm very happy with it. I also put in the GMPP handling kit. That was a waste because the car came with the FE4 suspension and that's what the handling kit is except for the front sway bar links are better than stock FE4 and adding the strut tower brace, but I couldn't find any info to know this before purchase, oh well, live and learn, still handles much better, oh yeah, if you replace the rear sway bar links, use the one's from Moog, much heavier duty and they have grease fittings so they wont squeak

if you bought the kit did it come with the front strut support?
If so put it on the rear struts. they are the same thing front and rear. and also will tighten it up A LOT!!

Im sure it settel some more.

I dont have my monte no more it was sold to buy the Harley in my sig. photo.
But i have to say i would not mind having both LOL
