Default dupli color chrome blackout

has anyone ever used this product to paint rims? I have some ugly chrome rims and its too much,i wanted to do some black on them to tone it down and I don't have the cash to go buy a new set of rims and tires,it seems like a good product

Plasti dip hands down. 5 bucks a can and you can peel off it you don't like

ive heard of that and seen results that was actually pretty good, how easy is it to paint? any sanding or special prepping? I have high humidity here and my paint always gets "fish eyes" and my clear coat turns white, hows the texture on it?
