one or more tires could be out of round, and if it is they will still show up balanced on a normal balancer, take it to a tire place that has a (road force) balnacer and i bet they find the one that is giving you the problem

I think the wheels look GREAT! And make sure the wheels are HAND TORQUED to 100 lbs. That might be the balance issue, bad mounting with an impact wrench.

I love the Intimidator with the Jr rims on it.

Thanks for the input. I had the whole car gone over at a GM dealer I really trust. THe dealer does all makes really, not just GM and they're shops look like the inside of a NASCAR shop. Anyway, nothing wrong with the car they could find. The shop manager said it was the combination of the SS suspension and the tread on the Eagle GTs. I know the GT ride a lot different than the RSAs, but they were smooth on my chrome rims. I decided to the psi up to about 35 and it made a real difference. My guess is it's a difference between the US aluminium and Chinese aluminium.

And yes, the Jr rims look great on the Intimidator and with the blacked grille she looks sweet. I bought 10" red bowties for the front bumper and now I don't need them. Up for grabs for someone that needs them.
