With the larger rims in back im only going for the look, the diameter of the rubber on the outside would be as close to whats already on there as possible.
As for the brakes, I saw that picture of the vette brakes and want to do that now too. so many things to do, so little cash to do it with.
I might be able to get the vette rims cheaper because my dad is a member of a local vette club, and we go to every show, and starting to go to some of the racing events here and there. I would love to show up to one of those events one day with vette rims and brakes, and then be able to out perform some of those guys.
I dont want to go the route of the wheel adapters, that just leaves a room for catastrophic failure. Im just wondering if anybody knows if the vette wheel bearings are able to be bolted on in the place of the MC bearings with minimal modification.
On another note, I do like that middle rim too, I looked on tirerack.com and didnt see that a few weeks ago, are they new, or for the F.O.R.D. disgustang?

Okay, so I've done some research and found a company that can get/make some Monte Carlo wheel bearing hubs with the 120mm lug spacing. They are kinda custom so they may be a bit pricey. The custom ones are for the fronts because corvette rear hubs will mount up but the splines dont match up (MC = 33, Vette = 30). The front hubs from a Corvette should mount up to the rear on the MC with no problems, Im waiting for confirmation on that from the manufacturer. If anyone is interested let me know so I can inform the manufacturer and/or put you in contact with them. At the moment I dont have a price on them but will let you know as soon as I find out.
