Why would you want to put 22s or 24s on your car? Bigger tires increase your final drive train ratio, decrease your MPG, kill your topend, and severly limit your handling capabilities?

Want something that will make you go faster, increase your MPG, and dramatically improve your handling, go to 15 or 16s and lower your car.

Hi `Andoin, ~BankHeadSS~,
It's your Monte, it's your money. I would do what you want
to do to it. Put Semi Dub's on it, `if that what makes YOU
happy.
I would suggest doing your homework, and searching sites/tire/rim
companies, and check with others that have them.
It does affect susp/handling/braking/etc.
Good Luck, keep the MCF advised.
Peace Out,
`Space

If you want to keep some kind of a smooth ride go with 20's, 22's look great but watch the pot holes. 24's on a Monte? Never did that one but I would think some kind of lift would be done, not a fan of the Donk type stuff......OOOOPS...Just read the title, if you like the like the lifted look go 24's for sure.

with 24" probably cost you arm and leg. Hey, it's your money. It may be good on the show floor ... don't count on it to ride well on the street. not to mention worse MPG.

Personally, I don't like the look of the car with anything 20" or over. All you see is the wheel, because they look so out of place. Not to mention the handling problems you'll have. Like the man says, for Show, OK, for real forget it.

Just my 2 cents.

I agree it's your car and your money do what makes you happy.Me personally i'm putting 22's on my monte next summer. And where i'm from the streets aren't so good but i've seen some monte's on 24's and up with very little lift at all and these guys drive there cars everywhere.

I don't like this I think it looks ugly but to each his own

I personally have 22s and i love it!!.. to me 24s are way to much.. you can def tell the difference in thepower of the car.. but thats the price you have to pay to look nice.. im about to make som mods to the engine so in the spring hopefully it will be alot better

if you go 24s do it the right way!! research and make sure u get the right wheel tire etc.. and it 100% you are goin to hvae to lift it... it just seems like way to much for so many potential probs
