Hi gk666,
They look like they could be a rim from BBS, but this is the closest I could find...

I second that. They do look like GNX wheels.

Here's the brief summary about that car from Chevy High Performance magazine. Unfortunately it doesn't mention the wheels.

Golly G
'87 Monte Carlo SS
Dave Nutting
Stoughton, MA
Dave bought his Monte as a high-school grad back in 2002, and the stock 305 lump was quickly tossed in favor of a GM 350 H.O. Deluxe crate motor backed by the Monte's reprogrammed 200-4R trans and a 3.42:1 Regal T-type 8.5-inch 10-bolt rear rebuilt with an Eaton posi. Dave also tackled a TPI conversion utilizing a Howell speed-density harness and a Walbro fuel pump. The front suspension is a combo of Caprice spindles and calipers, 1lE Camaro brake rotors, and Hotchkis and Belltech components. The rear relies on UMI control arms, Moog springs, and Bilstein shocks.
But with some detective work, they do appear to be GNX wheels. The original Buick center caps say "GNX". That may be the reason the center caps were changed. Refer to the attached pictures.

Here's the link to the page I got that quote from.

http://www.chevyhiperformance.com/fe..._ss/index.html

My quote above is everything it mentions about the Monte. But you're welcome to look deeper.
