I've checked your site and it doesn't really offer any particulars on specific vehicle applications? please let us know what you have to offer. thank you very much

Chris:

We do have a kit that I was playing with before deciding to go with the GXP kit that Mike sells at the W-Body store. But our kit is still way pricey at $3K. I believe Mike's kit is $6-700. I have put 50K on it and still have the same pads on it. I just came back from Vegas and was traveling at speeds between 65-120mph the whole way. Mashing on it then hitting the brakes in between gaggles of cars. The GXP set-up is a great kit hands down. Best thing is its all bolt on and drive.

3k is more way than most people here would pay for brakes, 90% of the people use their cars for everyday use! I know in the long run brakes and rotors get pricey! also do you have powder coated calipers available for specific model vehicles? thanks for everything, I'm done for the evening!!!!

That's why I was not to serious about building a kit for this vehicle. However right after I stopped putting a kit together I had an order come in for a Buick Park Ave.

The calipers are not powercoated they are painted using a very high temp specially blended paint. MovIt manufactures brake kits for more then 700 applications and all kits are made to order.

Tonite iI did the front brakes using Brake Motive rotors and pads.

Painted calipers black to match car color using Duplicolor caliper paint.

looks nice, how easy was it to do the calipers while still attached?

Not hard, I held the caliper by the brake line while painting. The Duplicolor dries fairly quick so I was able to do one side, wait about 15 minutes and do the other side. While it was drying, I attached the caliper to the strut spring with a short bungee strap.

Of course, you have to take the caliper mounting bracket off, two bolts, and then you can remove the rotor. With the bracket removed, it was easy to paint.
