Default Body roll

I was lookin at buying lowering springs and was wondering would this help with reducing body roll? I hate the feeling of when moving lanes quickly how the car just rocks back and forth. I was thinkin about buyin lowering springs then sway bars.

I had to do a little research to find out what year you had, but on your 03 progressive rate lowering springs will help, but probably not as much as stiffer struts. In my opinion, if your going to be replacing one, you might as well do both so you dont have to go back later to upgrade the other half. Its a pain in the...you know what...to get under there to do the springs or struts.

I went with the KYB AGX 4 way adjustable struts and Eibach springs, When cruising down the road it feels like stock, but when you get into harder cornering and quick menouvers the car sticks better and seems to roll less. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not replacing the strut mount plate and I see one of them cracking and I havent put more than 7,000 miles on since the install.

I'm guessing here, but it was stated you have an '03. I'm guessing that it's an LS. I had an '01 SS LE, and now this '04 Intimidator SS, and the body roll to me is minimal. I know the struts on an SS are WAY stiffer than an LS.
I suggest changing the springs to the Eibach springs, replacing the struts and mounting plates with the KYB struts, and going with the large sway bars front and back. Lastly, for that extra stiffness, add the front and rear strut tower braces, which tie the tops of the struts together.
I think you would be ecstatic with the difference in the ride!
Then it's time for a brake upgrade to something like Powerslot rotors and Hawk HPS pads, along with stainless braided flex-lines.

BTW, one of the biggest differences between an LS and an SS is the suspension.

I'm going to agree with Gib DTD and RocknSS04.
Since you already have the SS with the stiffer factory suspension (FE3?), save up your money and get a set of Eibach springs and some KYB struts/mounts. Install them together. You should notice an immediate improvement in overall handling. The "wobbly" feeling when changing lanes is mostly due to the vehicles center of gravity. Lowering springs combined with stuffer struts will greatly reduce that effect. If you're still not satisfied, you can always add/swap out the strut tower and sway bar(s) later. Those reduce body roll as well, but are more noticeable in cornering and sharp curves (entrance/exit ramps).
