9 Inch Wide Wheels?

Default 9 Inch Wide Wheels?
I know that a 8.5 inch wheel will fit. I'm just wondering if a 9 inch wide wheel will fit with no rub.

Silverbullitt has 9 inch on his car i think. I have about 8 and wish I had nines lol.
