Question 235/55/18 on oem MCSS wheels??

I have been looking around in the forum and haven't seen this question. .. does anyone know if there would be any rubbing issue's using tires 235/55/18? Or has anybody ran this size of tire?
Its for the stock 18" wheels on a 07 MCSS.

I wouldn't do that size, not only will it most likely rub in the rear, it will throw the speedo off over 3.5%

It's adding almost a whole inch to the tire

This members car is running 275 18's on rear and 255 18's on the front.......

Put some 275's in the back and had some special stainless spacers made up, hubcentric, so they really are an extention of my hubs with some longer ARP studs - got those wheels and tires inside the wells without flaring the fenders which is great because I still got that OEM look. And like you I have 255's in the front without spacers

Well, to be honest, Sam's car probably isn't the one to compare stock specs with. He has a LOT of custom work on that car. He is formerly known as BAHDEETS and now has a user name that ends with SSV. I have 235/55 R 18s on my 7th gen. They did fit on the factory 18s with no problems.
