Mike, I completely understand and agree, but I didn't know what size they were until I put winter only tires on them 2 months ago when I took that pic. Since I bought the car, I put about 13k on the car with no issues, but when spring gets here I hope to have a new set of 115x5 wheels and tires for summer only and use the 114.3x5 wheels for winter only!

hey silver my gf wants to know what fast food place that is? we live no where near there so i dont know why , but now i find myself to be curious as well. on this whole wrong bolt pattern thing i debated this with someone on my other forum, and its really not a huge difference. i posted a pic of the measurement difference with a ruler and its miniscule. i think that its far from lucky that numerous high hp monte and gps run those wheels with slicks and dont have issues. if anything i would say its bad luck if they broke the studs.

superdawg its a hot dog and burgers stand that open in 1948. it's real popular here in chicago. no mater what the temperature is outside you can see people stand in line taking order..that's crazy man lol. their prices is outrageous i think but people still love them. samples. 4.95 for a medium size malt shake. i think hot dog is like around $5. i ate their few time and i don't think it's all that great.

I am looking for one 2006 mc SS wheel. One of mine is cracked thanks to a monster pothole. Dealer wants over $400.00. not willing to pay that much....18" five spoke, just like the ones on LuSe4's picture above. I would appreciate any help.... Thanks,Jack

I'm more confused about the offset. Could that be the reason studs break? My understanding is that FWD vehicle require a positive offset and RWD requires a negative offset - or vice-versa (I'm "confused" right now - 'Space knows what I mean)
This was a serious consideration of mine when I was having my wheels made

Really, the offset between the stock wheels and the mustang wheels isnt a HUGE difference. I havent heard of anyone breaking wheel studs with them so I cant speculate on why peoples have broken. If anything the difference in offset may cause added strain on the wheel bearing and balljoints from them sticking out further, but I dont think it woulf effect the studs all that much. Ive had mine on for over 20,000 miles and 3 years with LONGER studs and spacers and havent had any problems with premature wear OR broken wheel studs. I dont exactly run my car easy either.
