Default 06, 07 rims on 03?

I have a 2003 monte carlo ss, im looking to put the newer set of 18s from the newer monte carlos, is this common and do they bolt right up with the correct offset? Anything extra needed? Thanks!

As far as I know, the 06+ SS wheels should bolt right up to the hub on an 00-05 without any additional parts. It's been done and I've seen it quite a few times.

Try to run a 245/45/18 tire instead of the 235/50/18 that comes stock on those rims.
