Thanks everyone I know it's late but I am wide awake which is largely due to the steroids they have me on to treat the infection, I am feeling sooo much better it's insane, today is the best I have felt in the past 6 months , didn't wake up in any kind of soreness, swelling or pain! I go to see a doc tomarow, hopefully they will have a bit more of an ancer what caused this / what this infection is
