Good morning everyone! Going to the eye doctor today. Hope my prescription doesn't change or I will be changing lens in about 5 pairs of glasses
(2 pairs of sunglasses and 3 pairs of reg glasses)

 

Wow, I haven't gone in 9 years. I really need to get there and make sure my glasses prescription didn't change

 

9 years! Wow - I feel guilty for not going every year - this will be 2 years and that's my max!

 

Hey all... sorry I haven't been on much th past weekend... or week. Working long days gets the best of you sometimes.

My phone messed up and they gave me a bad replacement until my new one arrives... so, expect a bit less of me tis next week.

 

Bummer, Dustin. I feel for you. A couple weeks ago I accidentally trashed my phone while running to my bike in the rain. As I was ducking under a tree limb the phone jumped out of my shirt pocket. Didn't realize it was missing 'til hours later. Found it the next day under that tree. It enduring a pounding rain and was sitting in a puddle. Eventually got it partially functional (texting worked), but speaker and mic were dead. I'm now using my son's old phone for a couple months. Waiting for the new iPhone to come out - hopefully in Sept. I'll suffer as punishment for my stupidity until then.

 

dang that sucks dustin. i know how that is tho lol.
dave you shouldnt have to wait months for the new iphone lol. a new one comes out like what every two weeks? lol. i had to use my little verizon flip phone in the tornados in april bc i dropped my chocolate touch in the cooler lol.

Satisfaction!

Was tootling on hiway one, traffic is somewhat heavy - I guess from all the tourists leaving town. No room to get around them, just tolerate it.

So a Nissan Titanic Armada SUV decides to change lanes in front of me, without looking of course, all I see from my level out my driver side window is the big taillight start to flash - uh oh - then the SUV begins to move over. I tap the horn, no effect. Hit the brakes and back off.

Then this CHP car comes out of nowhere and wants to get between me and the SUV. Yep, SUV driver is pulled over. Thumbs up out of the sunroof.

Happy monday all. Wiring the hot tub up today so I will be heading out shortly to fill it with water.

This is my last monday of summer vacation. Back to work next week and kids come back in two weeks.
