I just picked up a 2004 Dale Jr. SS with 78,000 miles on it. A lot better than the 147,000 on my 2003. Wish I could figure out a way to post photos from my phone on here as it seems photo bucket wants to charge me to upload photos now.

Nice pics! Looks good. One thing I am curious about, where it says "Team Monte Carlo", do you know the story as to why that is on the trunk lid and not the spoiler?

 

Not sure, was that a dealer installed sticker? I know some have Chevrolet on the windshield also, but not this one. I am trying to contact the previous owner to see if he has any more info on this one...

 

A little more research is needed, the original owner must have bought the sticker and installed it later, seems these cars did not come with Team Monte Carlo, they were a Pace Car feature. See below photo of the standard Dale Jr. trunklid.
