This is my brother's (eventually mine ) 1986 Monte Carlo SS! MOSTLY original, 40,xxx-ish miles, bucket seats, floor shift (well, technically column since the shift cable broke )

You were correct about all the Monte Carlos in N W Iowa,
I saw a few Black and silver, and the usual run of the mill ones. Intimidators and I saw a White one running around with some Red Graphics on it. I saw an Impala today in Gray with some Purple Graphics also.
Any way hope to make contact sometime, the road to Rock Valley is closed? I was up at the (Lake Pohjo?) looking around the other day.
Maybe after the holiday I can swing by Rock Valley some late afternoon. Bring your Monte and a Camera take a photo with the Intimidator's Twin.
