It is about that time of the year to put the Monte away for winter. I haven't made a thread in awhile so I figured I would share the shots I got this summer.

 

 

 

Man such an array of photo's to digest. What a cherry Monte you have for yourself, so very nice, great curb appeal to anyone.

If GM had put them out like yours they may have found themselves selling many many more Monte's.

Has to hurt putting her away, do you mothball it, disconnect battery, put it up on jack stands etc.?

I put a car cover on mine under the car port and when the weather is nice and crisp, dry roads, I break her out and tear up the roads with the super ice cold air.

Anyway, what a Monte, she is so beautiful, you have done yourself well with your vision for a Super Nice Monte Carlo SS build!!

 

Your car is looking great as usual. A bunch of great pictures for sure.

Thanks! I have been taking them for quite awhile and figured I would post them all in one thread once I am about ready to store it.

I just put a battery tender on it and park it in the garage. Luckily it is heated and the mice don't get in. I am looking at getting a fitted car cover this year.

I have some plans for it over the winter so it might be a new beast come spring. As long as the salt is on the roads mine will be inside...unfortunately that could be until early April.

I have thought about it. One wall in the house looks like a Monte Shrine haha I have a couple I want to blow up and hang.
