Thanks It was just pure luck that I decided to go there.
Had my Appt. at the VA, got done with the check up and went to check out the salvage yard.
so I found this 98 Monte there and the interior had not been touched except for the drivers door.
It's always good to see the Car that has been striped this was you can see what yours looks like with out taking it apart. It also give you an idea what kind of time frame you are dealing with.

 

So I took a few pics of the Seats installed. Not done yet still need to do the Carpet and the moldings and belts, but that will come in time here. They were liberated from a 98 Monte got about $85. in what I got so far. The mess in the photos were caused by TAZ you can see he is on the floor in the back.
I also scored a Team Monte Carlo hat with TAZ on it not long ago. The Red one in the photo front seat.

 

You got some cool stuff there, driver3 (although it's all a little too Taz-heavy for my taste )! Hey, I like that carbon-fiber-ish console cover -- is that a wrap, maybe?

Heck, who knows, maybe we can meet up somewhere sometime, park the white and black 5th-gens together: set 'em up back to back, face to face, neck-and-neck... get some pretty cool photo-ops before winter comes back around.

 

My next project is to fix the console lid so it works like it should.
