Custom SS Door Sills
Haha yeah, im $4000 into paint and body work (luckily insurance covered some of that) and $1500 into lighting, audio upgrades and suspension repairs. Plus I bought a lo of new tools.
Okay, you got me! That's waaaaay more than I have spent.
I have a feeling Dave is just getting started...
Dont you know it greg! She looks the best on the outside now that she has since the day she rolled off the factory floor. Now im just getting so excited for the turbo build!
BorgWarner EFR Turbos | Full-Race.com
The engineers at Borg Warner started from a clean slate, every component of the turbocharger was re-evaluated. A list was compiled of every great design feature in existence - then added new ideas, some never before seen. They felt the turbocharger of the future should serve many different roles. Not only will the turbo be an "air pump" but it can also have integrated features designed to minimize, or in some cases eliminate, additional components in the turbo system - saving time and money while reducing installation effort.
I have the black plastic Hendricks door sills too. They are just fine for my Devil's Guard Monte Carlo SS, don't really have so very much chrome on my car. Not that chrome is bad, kind of like a fishing lure, open the door, let the girls see the bling bling and they will want a quick ride...
The black ones bring in the dark side ladies...
Dave I'm so happy for you. You seem to approach everything with a fair amount of thought, considering what you have done so far. I can see you gathering your cards and making a good play when the time is right for the turbo mod to start. Borg-Warner has a mean turbocharger out right now. Might seem kind of spendy, but you won't need to buy a BOV, wastegate and plumb for them either. Look at their EFR series just for grins and giggles.

uh oh. Greg between you and john Im going to get the mod bug works than I have it already. My goal is 300whp. But the more I watch you Guy's builds the more I think, i could just toss on some rockers, valve springs, a n* throttle body, cam, and the list goes on. Thanks greg, I try my best to think things through.
