best RT depends on which track you're running....
on some older tracks with older trees, the reaction starts from the time the last yellow light comes on. that means that when the green light comes on, it will be .500 seconds later, and therefore a perfect reaction is a .500.
on newer tracks ,the reaction is measured from the time the green light comes on, which is a .000 perfect reactoin (my track, Roxboro, ahs this set up, my best is a .150)
