teased a 06-07 monte on the highway
Last night I was on the way home from Fast Eddie's with some friends driving west down hwy 364 when a 06 or 07 blue monte wanted to play with us. My friend was driving my car cus he was sober and got off at the wrong exit so he jumped back on the on-ramp. He said there's a car following us back on the highway. The other person pulled up next to us like he wanted to race. I told my friend to goose it and sure enough the other guy jumped on it. Since my friend was driving my car, he didn't wanna do anything too crazy (my car had another passenger too). I told him to go for it knowing he wasn't gonna really race the guy. We punched it to about 80 then let off and the other guy kept going. He got up to speed pretty good so i'd say he had the ls4 in it. I think he wanted an actual race cus he followed us off the highway, but we were headed to the casino. If you're on this bored, we should try another time when the conditions are more appropriate. Anyways, thumbs up to you.

it was probly a 3.9, The ss montes are very noticably different with the big SS on the trunk[ which you got a good view of , lol] and ground effects. also i dont think ive ever seen a laser blue SS before. if anyones got one, post a pic, so he will have nightmares.

Oh they make laser blue SS's for sure. There is one a few blocks from my house! Plus member Demonspeeder has one! 
I think if it was a 3.9, then it would not have beat the 3.8L Supercharged, a 3.9L would keep up pretty well, but not beat it, the 3.8L S/C would beat the 3.9L. The 5.3L should blow the doors off a stock L67, and I would think you would hear an Ls4 at WOT???
