Default Fun little race with 04 grand prix and duramax

So my friends 5th gen monte died and he bought him self a 04 gp with the 3800 series 3. I love his bucket seats. But I wanted to see how my car stacks up against a stock 3.8 with more torque. and a friend tagged along in his duramax with upgraded turbo and tune.

so we line up at the track no burn out and the truck uses his horn to count us off. My friend had no idea how to launch so he had floored it with trac control on and didn't move for a sec but I launched with no wheel spin and took off.

the truck past my friend while he was doing 80 and to my surprise he flew past me as I was doing 120 I freaked out and laughed hard to the point I was annoyed at my self in the video.

I was unaware at how much work had actually been done to the duramax name Betty White . Was a fun race but my poor friend needs some lessons in launching.

Those diesel trucks can be pretty quick especially with some mods. I am pretty sure doing a tune on those can help a ton.

If it's anything like your Monte, at least 5 miles.
