Well I havent really had my monte long enough to get any good races yet. I've got a friend who has a 2005 Saturn Vue Redline which should be an interesting match up when the time comes. I was passanger in a Ford Focus ZX3 with 5-spd and we raced the Vue, we were only about one length behind him the entire time which is pretty good for a 140hp 4cyl. My monte will run about a 7.8 I think, and Saturn claims a 7.5 for the Vue...but we'll see bout that.

 

I'd love to race you, 04MonteCarloSS. It would be a pretty good race. My 76 Monte Carlo Landau is my daily driver and I bracket race with PDXCGP about once a month. My last time out I got a new personal best, 14.903 seconds @ 90.35 MPH. Saturday night is our next bracket racing session so I really hope to nail another PB. My goal before the end of the year is a 14.5, but I don't think I'll achieve that. I still have trouble hooking up the tires on the launch.

 

i race mine sometimes but not real often,it's an 05 ss sc,i have just ordered a 3" dp 3.4 pulley ecu and few more lil things maybe i can get in to the low 14's or maybe alil faster i njoy it alot so i can't go tooo crazy in it
