around 6pm i will be in a race for king of the parkinglot. I have been put next to the MASSIVE 08 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX GXP!. my stock L67 vs his 5.3. This will be a redlight race not the whole dash race. I hate loosing and rare when i do I am 5-1 so far with the monte. Anyone here think im gonna get rapped

No offense intended, but I think your record is about to go to 5-2.

 

LS4 Montes are at least a 1/2 second faster in the 1/4 mile, if not more. Don't expect to win.

 

Admire your zeal!!!... However, I would post-pone the parking lot thing until you have a few mods done, then you've got a shot against a bone stock 5.3... Good luck and be safe...

I know what you mean Lou, I tried that once with my 1970 GTO Judge pushing 410hp up against a 67 Mako Shark Corvette pushing 675hp... My positive thought to this day is I can still see his tail lights getting smaller and smaller... ... You are right of coarse...
