Those little mods will help a lot, I had my car always running at 180* degrees, colder combustion temps, denser air, stronger spark, mo powah

I say 14.9-15.2 unless you hold out the gears a little longer and and have decent meat on your tires.

1st run cutouts were closed 1.2 reaction time 15.8 at 91 mph. I'm letting the engine cool then I'll run again with the cutout open

I don't see the cutout doing much for you. Reaction time don't mean anything on a test and tune event if that's what your doing. What was your 60ft?

On your next pass, air front tires down to 18psi. Get up on the convertor at the line to around 2000rpm (foot on brake and foot on gas) when the last yellow light lights up let off the brake and gradually roll into the gas. As your gradually rolling into the gas count in your head 1 Mississippi 2 Mississippi 3 Mississippi and by the time your done saying 3 Mississippi you should be full throttle. If you spin be a little easier getting on the gas, if you don't spin try getting full throttle a little quicker. Hope that helps you!
