Hello; Can someone tell me what copo special paint means on a 1973 build sheet?

 

Welcome to the site. COPO = Central Office Production Order so my guess is it was a custom ordered color.???

Hello; It reads yf8 black stripe special paint copo. How do I know what color the car should be ? It is now candy black 1982 paint maybe. Wife thought it was cream but no one can seem to remember. Has been in her family since new. Has been parked a long time. Drove about a year ago. Just trying to get info so we can decide what to do with it. Lots of options with factory build sheet.
