The STB ties the front struts together. It makes the car flex less. I have ZZP braces front and back, but the fronts had to be mod'd to fit. BIG difference in the feel of the car. It is stiff but smooth.

Something else to think about, a U-bend delete pipe. That and the CAI are THE 2 most important mod's you can do to improve performance. One is as important as the other on the S/C Montes. Or go to a downpipe w/ hi-flow cat'.

Yes my knight badge is good, but I really don't want to part with it.

thanks! i'll most def read through those all the way over the weekend!

yeahh i know that i've heard of those, idk i gotta chill for a bit with the money until i recover from the intimidator badge lol. how much does a STB go for usually? and i was just drawing a blank just like I am with the U bend delete lol! my brain just isn't really working tonight at all! and i was gonna get a 3' downpipe whenever i got my magnaflow mufflers but that whole setup is so expensive it'll probably be a year before i can get that system. is it okay to have a CAI without the U-bend???

A couple of other things:
Door sills:

And on the rear, if you want to duplicate the Intimidator SS, the you need to move the SS to the right side, to the right of the Intimidator emblem:
My emblems are painted "stealth" black, but there are still factory emblems. You can see that is a "Monte Carlo Intimidator SS, and on the sides it is badged as an "Intimidator SS".
Stock:

Stealth mode:

Your car runs fine right now, right? It's just any easy way to add probably 5-10 hp when you add a CAI 1st. Once you've got the CAI, your next HUGE restriction is the U-bend in the exhaust. IMHO, they go hand in hand, but def' the CAI 1st! Eliminating the U-bend is WAY more important than the downpipe.

well with the door sills, i'm actually painting them myself. i already talked to tim about it and he told me how to do it and they should look REALLY good whenever i'm done with them...here's the pic of before and after i paint them (((okay the after pic is absolutely HORRIBLE bcuz i was hella tired, shakey and trying to do it fast whenever i did it so dont make fun lol!)))

before

after

i'm excited to do it and i think it will look a lot better =D

and yeah i love what you're done with your car with the stealth but since mine has the silver on bottom i'm gonna keep my badges silver.

and yeah my car runs great right now =]

well i guess whenever i get the mufflers and downpipe put on i'll have them get ride of the U-bend at the same time or should i do it sooner then that?

Hey brittany, i was snooping around and found these.
Maybe you can consider them to help you transform your Monte into your unique Intimidator!
Also, Mike posted a link to find exact Intimidator Floormats!
