$225 sound fair for a set of these rims with tires that look like they've got some life?

I think the size of the spoke is different. It's small, but since my wife's Impala has the '05 version of that design, I noticed 5th gen Montes with that type look a little different.
BTW - I believe a certain 4th gen Camaro center cap fits those wheels too. The advantage to the Camaro caps is the wording "Chevrolet" around the outside. Get some nice overlay for the center to cover up "Camaro" on you're Monte and you'd have something a little more different.
