Default "Donor" headlight (or trim) needed

So I messed up the RF headlight when I did the projector retrofit by not cutting the outside trim off first. Don't ask me why cuz I don't know, even though that's what I did on the LF! In the end the heat gun really took it's toll and warped the crud out of the trim, so now that it's glued back around the headlight it really looks like crap. Does anyone have a "donor" headlight (something with a cracked lens, broken housing, badly pitted, etc) they'd be willing to donate for the cost of shipping? Or better yet just cut the trim off from around the headlight and ship that? I've got a pair of black DEPO's that I took off, but since they weren't cheap I'm not about to cut those up. Plus I need a spare set in case something should happen to the projectors. Thanks!

HID's are different and there's no need to remove the lens to install them.

The Monte headlight does create a lot of glare if you simply stuff an HID in it. But with proper aiming you can help reduce that. I added some custom vinyl eyebrows several years ago that helped too. As far as the legality goes, I can't answer that. But I do know adding the projectors made a world of difference.

Don't be affraid to jump in and throw those depos in the oven and use them for the retro. I threw my clear corners in the over for my last and final retro two weeks ago it's all or nothing. But I do agree with having a second set of headlights for just in case moments; my back ups are black headlights with amber turns.

I do have a stock headlight for sale but it's not exactly what your looking for.
