Anybody have any idea as to where to find some inteior door panel pieces? im in need of a LH window switch bezel see attached pic #9.

All the dealers tell me this piece is discontinued....way to go GM great customer support....

but whatever, i just really need it cuz the clips broke off the backside and now my switches are held in with duct tape.

 

I would look on ebay or maybe a junk yard might have some. Rockauto.com may have some too.

 

I need your vin I can get the part from you a friend of mine at Chevrolet.

 

the only 06-07 monte i found at a junkyard in my area was a completely totalled SS and everything useful had been stripped, even patches of the carpet were gone lol....as for ebay, there are sellers here and there that claim they have some, but no pics, or bad reviews, etc....rockauto doesnt have that either...theres a place in Georgia im trying to contact called Nalley GMC that seems to have a large supply of discontinued parts in stock, with good reviews for their sales staff.

It sucks, but GM, like all other manufacturers, can't keep making all the parts for cars no longer in production and have to cut production at some point for newer products. Admittedly, I thought there was a law that required all parts for a car to be available for ten years after they end production (but that's probably more of an urban myth more then a law).

I'm sure someone has new/old stock of it. Or maybe a junk yard? Car-Parts.com may be able to assist with the junk yard angle.

Chibi and I stand by a guy on the Impala circles by the name of ZSPOT, he's been very helpful (works at a dealership and can check inventory at a few warehouses to source discontinued parts).

I have right and left sides.I will only sell both together for the right price. No I'm not gouging. Then again I'm not giving them away. These pieces are very hard to find. And not cheap at the junk yards either. They will also contain the bottom part.
