There are tons of threads around on how to make your own.
We have a W-Body, so the instructions are the same for a lot of vehicles, grand prix, impala, regal, etc.

Fenderwell Intake.
Basically you run a pipe with a filter into the fender and out of the engine bay and away from heat.
