That's a very common issue, and they're hard to come across. In my opinion, even if you find one that isn't broken, it's just a matter of time until it does break.

I found one in a salvage U-pull back in 2018 and it is now in my Car and still functions well. Part of the problem that I see is people have a tendency to lean on the Console lid and snap there is goes. now I do have a few lids all need to be repaired I believe I have discovered a way to fix them. But haven't been able to capitalize on getting a proto type done yet. when I do I will let everyone know so they could fix there lid.

IMO your time is better spent thinking of a way to repair what you've got. Rebuild it with epoxy, perhaps with some steel pins to add strength, etc. The chances of finding a good condition unbroken one are very low.

I've honestly never seen a single 5th gen in a junkyard with a non broken one and I look every time I see one. Mine was broken when I got my 96 in 2000. Bought a new one from a dealer, and my wife (GF at the time), leaned on it a bit and broke it again. I just gave up on it at that point.

I tried to fix mine with the JBWeld I had the original that had one ear broken so I tried that JB weld which I have had a bunch of success with before on other stuff. When I leaned on the console it popped it again. I tried to reinforce it with some metal and that did not turn out either. Then I found a console lid in a car that had a welded bracket in it. I used it for a little bit but the lid was slightly ajar all the time. The lid I found that wasn't broken is still working well.
So now I tried making a bracket that would operate the lid and in order to make it function you have to cut away some of the lids underside which is fairly easy.
Once I can get a little time to do some test fitting which I want to do when it is warmer. Today was 16 for a high by the end of the week it is supposed to get to the -7 area. No putting your tongue on a gate post for a while then. Lol I will update this when I get closer to making it work.
If it tests out and works it would be a less than $10.00 item to make. I could then exchange the console lid base with anyone and they could keep the top and it would lay down just like the original and function well too. If you lean on it no problem. Stay tuned.
