Default Stock Amp Bypass

I bought this amp bypass because my stock amp had a problem where it would never ever turn off (even with the car off, unless I unplugged the fuse for the radio) and it would kill my battery over night. This worked perfectly and I never had a problem again. The best part is that this is simple plug and play. I purchased this for $19.95 and will sell for $10

It is supposed to turn off when the radio is shut off, but it didn't. There was a static noise coming through all speakers even when the radio was shut off. I took it to GM and paid $50 for diagnostics, and even they had no idea what was wrong all they told me was that there was a large current draw from the battery, and when the fuse for the radio is unplugged, there is no current draw. (Which I already knew and pointed out to them)

I tried a new radio and a new amp but neither fixed the problem. So I bought this amp bypass and an aftermarket radio and never had a problem again.

This bypass only works for 2000-2002 Monte Carlo's. FYI. GLWS

Had one of these and used it to splice in my 4 channel rather than running all the way to the front. Works well! GLWS!
