that's easy man, that's why you go to the jy and practice
it's been awhile since i pulled one off/on, think i used needle nose plier and sorta give it a twist and pulled it down or you can cut the washer and bend it and slide off the washer. you can reuse the washer by hammer it flat. once the washer is in the right position on the head rest crimp the washer ends close shut with needle nose.

have 2 sets of fog light brackets. prices are with shipping.
one of the fog light lense is little hazy. $60
only have fog light on one side. the bracket on the left been reattach with new plastic piece right where the it hold screw to the bumper cover. i used plastic epoxy and it's holding pretty strongly $50
