SLP wheels for their Special Edition Monte Carlo and Impala LSX. 16"x7" 38mm offset, 19 pounds. I purchased these in 2007 and have run them Spring to Fall. I had dedicated winter wheels & tires. These are not chrome but look like it. They are non-clear coated polished aluminum. They require some care but it's worth the labor. You cannot run these when salt is on the roads as it will totally destroy the finish and then good luck getting it back. I use White Diamond polish twice a year to keep them this way.
