just finishing up with my S3 block and L67 top swap and the old engine needs to go away so i can have that section of my garage back...

i am willing to part it out or sell it as a whole.

if you want parts off of it, just ask, all i will be asking for is a few bucks for my time and actual shipping costs via USPS flat rate boxes or UPS depending on size.

 

i forgot to mention what is wrong with the engine....


it has a tick, tap, knock, etc... the engine did not seize and i do believe that it is a very very bad lifter. it could be worse, i am not sure.

it has 218k miles on it and i have had it since 165k and it has driven totally fine until we hit -45* one morning. the car did NOT like that drive to work for those 3 days!

so i just decided to swap a newer s3 engine block with a lot less miles and then put the L67 top swap on.


so now i seriously have parts for 3 engines laying around in my garage, lol. this 3800 only has a few misc pulleys and sensors that i used on the swap. it is 95% complete.
