Just wanted to say thanks again and share some pics in case someone is interested in more pictures of the replacement.

The whole rear end will probably be getting repainted this summer, just working on the logistics and finances of that now

The pictures are definitely not perfect and don't show the huge improvement, but are still nice

I'm too nervous to paint the Monte myself

I've done just a little bit of spraying on a lawnmower that dad used to rebuild, but am way too afraid of messing it up on my lovely Monte....however, you guys have convinced me to do work on her that I never thought I'd be able to do before

I didn't do that myself either, a private painter did it for a good price

Ahh, ok

I'm hoping for that to happen this summer...but I'll probably have the whole rear end repainted. You may remember seeing a long time ago, after I had literally just got the Monte, someone hit the rear bumper cover and left it...there's a couple of cracks on the very corner of it that are occasionally noticeable. Additionally, there is pretty minor rust on the driver rear wheel well that I'll get taken care of. So I'll probably get the spoiler, trunk, *new* rear bumper cover, and even the driver rear wheel well sprayed if possible...hopefully I can get it done for a reasonable price.

Thanks guys!
